How to register and setup your business on Schnap!

  • Register interest using the form on this site
  • Schnap! will getin touch, then send you a link to the Schnap! dashboard and your account details
  • Set up your Location, Images, Logo, Menus and Stripe account (for payments) via the interactive, easy to navigate dashboard – we will do this for you if you prefer
  • You are now visible on Schnap! and ready to take orders
  • Customers will see your business on their Schnap! app when they are in your vicinity
  • Advertise for customers to order via Schnap! on your premises – We can help with posters, leaflets etc.
  • You're good to go with table service.

How it works

  • Your customer either already has the app, or sees the advertisement on your premises
  • They will see your business on the app. If they are on the premises, it will be at the top of the list
  • Once they click on your business, they can browse your menu
  • They can then place and pay for their order in the app. A small service charge of 59p is added to their bill. This covers the cost of the running the app and is how we keep our costs down. Other apps that your customers use to place orders, such as Just-eat or Deliveroo, also add a service charge so this will be familiar to them
  • As soon as the order is placed, the payment is transferred to your Stripe account, less their 1.4% card fee. This is the only cost to you for the app and is outside of our control
  • The order appears on the Schnap! POS system in the bar or kitchen
  • They can see the progress of the order as your team processes the order through "accepted", "in progress" and "completed" stages
